PRICES AND CONDITIONS

The Colloquium fee is € 140.
This includes the four-day attendance, from Wednesday 14 to Saturday 17 April, with 2 coffee breaks every day, plus a banquet on Friday night in a pleasant restaurant nearby.
It also includes a bilingual (English-French) booklet of proceedings.
It does not include lunches and dinners (save the Friday dinner), nor of course any lodging.

If you do not want to or cannot stay for the whole Colloquium, you may instead buy a "One-Day" Pass. This costs € 45.
It allows you to attend for one day, to receive the booklet of proceedings, and it gives you access to the Centre's self-service restaurant which offers meals for € 12-14. (This restaurant is reserved to registered delegates only.)
Please note there are no special prices for a half-day, nor there is one for 2 days. If you want to attend for 2 days, you will have to buy 2 "One-Day" Passes, i.e. pay € 90. (A "One-Day Pass" cannot be split into 2 half-days.)
The "One-Day" Pass does not include the Friday dinner.
If, however, you want to come during one day and also join us for the Friday banquet, this is quite possible, and costs an extra € 40. For this you must book in advance (before the Colloquium, so that the restaurant can adjust the number of participants).

PAYING

You can use PayPal or an international bank transfer.

PayPal

If you have a PayPal account just transfer the amount to Michel Boutin, to <michel.boutin AT laposte.net>.

Bank transfers

Participants living in the European Union (all countries) or in a country that has special agreements (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland) can pay with a SEPA credit transfer in Euros to the BGS bank account. It is simple and cheap. Those living outside the SEPA will have to pay heavy bank charges. They are invited to use PayPal instead.

Sorry we cannot accept payments by Visa because we are not equipped for this. Please do not send cheques! (Unless you are living in France and have a bank account here.)
